Return Conditions:
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs. As you bear the risk of the return shipment, we strongly recommend returning the package with Track & Trace and, if possible, insured.
- We kindly ask you to return the item, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging.
- You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In the event of damage or clear signs of use, we reserve the right to deduct this loss in value from the refund amount.
