Design 4 Pilots – Pilot Case Airliner
This elegant and gracefully designed pilot case AIRLINER is made of strong and ecofriendly recycled nylon fibre. The result is a light weight flexibility, paired with a high load-carrying capacity.
It was designed in cooperation with professionals and its new concept has been accordingly enhanced.With its trolley handle (lockable in various positions) and the four high-quality exchangeable wheels you can carry it effortlessly even over long distances or you use it, as accessory, with two support legs. Another advantage: you can pull off two wheels therefore it cannot roll away anymore in the cockpit.
The front case is the perfect organizer, all small items (pens, mobile, glasses, spare batteries, charging cables, ID cards etc.) can be stored and taken out easily. It can be locked by attaching an extra padlock through the eye of the zipper puller.
There are two outer side pockets that can be used for storage, also penholders and a removable key holder. Above the left pocket there is a name plate, so that the pilot case can be identified and returned to its owner if lost.
On the back you can find a fastening loop to carry the Airliner on top of another trolley. The main case can be secured with two combination locks. On the underside of the main lid there are elastic straps to store items such as cables, pens, batteries, torches etc.
In the large main compartment, there is a Velcro fixed laptop bag which can be taken out and fixed on the Airliner trolley so you have more storage space inside.SKU: D4P-1018 -

Aeroshell – Oil SPORT PLUS 4
In the development of AeroShell Oil Sport Plus 4 Shell laboratories, both in Europe and the USA have worked closely with major engine manufacturers to produce the world’s first’s engine oil for light sport and light/ultralight aircraft 4-stroke engines.
AeroShell Sport Plus 4 Oil is designed to work with incorporated gearbox and overload clutch systems. A unique semi-synthetic blend combined with high performance additives to provide long lasting protection against stresses, different fuel types and internal corrosion. This product is fully approved by ROTAX (R) for use in their 912 & 914 series engines.
4-Stroke Engines – Why Is The Oil Important?
Because most 4-stroke engines now come with integrated gearbox and overload clutch systems, the same oil is in contact with all the moving parts, so it must be capable of coping with the engine, overload clutch and gearbox simultaneously.
AeroShell Oil Sport Plus 4 is ideal; as it is extremely resistant to the immense sheer forces that occur in areas of high-pressure contact such as high-speed gearboxes, valve trains, bearings, pistons and liners. This is where the blend of base oil and additives is most crucial.
AeroShell Oil Sport Plus 4 is made up of a blend incorporating synthetic technology and high performance additives to help provide long lasting protection.
In addition, detergents in the oil are designed to keep important areas, such as the pistons and cylinders, clear of carbon based particles that tend to adhere to these surfaces.

The original oil filter of Jabiru engines is the Rayco Z386.
This filter is not common in Europe so we use the equivalent MAN W68/3.

Design 4 Pilots – Pilot Wash Bag
As a travel utensil or as a present this toilet bag offers everything you need and gives you the space and compactness for your toiletries.
The bag is made of strong, water-resistant and eco-friendly recycled 1680 Nylon and has an all-around padding. The main compartment is divided into three side compartments with six elastic straps, two compartments with a zip and a hook so that you can hang up the bag to save space.
